The possibility of getting an affordable holiday home in a country they like to vacation in is for many of our customers the most important reason for buying. Many buyers also expect property values to rise, and this is where it gets interesting.

Now is a great time to buy in Turkey. The country has not been exposed to tourism for as long as, for example, Spain. The property prices are still low, but at the same time they are expected to increase much more than other Mediterranean countries over the next few years.

Turkish property law changed in July 2003, making it easier for non-residents to buy.

Turkey is an official candidate for the EU, and is expected to become a full member in 5-10 years. It is anticipated that property prices will at least double when this happens.
